Refund Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with your Products. However if not please read below:

 

  • ALL OUR CAKES, PUDDINGS, DESSERTS AND BISCUITS ARE BAKED TO ORDER AND THEREFORE RETURNS. REFUNDS, CREDIT NOTES OR A REPLACEMENT ORDER TO THE SAME VALUE WILL BE GIVEN ONLY IN THE EVENT THAT YOU RECEIVE THE INCORRECT PRODUCT OR IF THE PRODUCTS ARE SHOWN TO BE OF UNSATISFACTORY QUALITY. SHOULD THIS BE THE CASE, OR IF YOU ARE IN ANY WAY UNSATISFIED WITH THE CONDITION OR QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS UPON ARRIVAL YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT. THE PROOF WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ANY COMPLAINTS MADE AFTER THIS TIME.

 

  • IF YOU ARE SEEKING A REFUND FOR A PRODUCT THE ITEM/ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN FULL WITHIN 24 HOURS AT YOUR OWN COST – THIS IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT. WE WILL NOT CONSIDER A REFUND WITHOUT THE PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO US IN FULL.

 

  • TASTE IS A VERY PERSONAL MATTER AND IS SUBJECTIVE. WE CANNOT ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ANY PRODUCTS MERELY BECAUSE YOU DO NOT LIKE THE TASTE OF THEM

 

  • WHERE A REFUND HAS BEEN DEEMED NECESSARY, WE WILL ONLY MAKE A REFUND TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED BY YOU TO MAKE THE ONLINE/INSTORE PURCHASE. ONCE WE HAVE ISSUED A REFUND OF ANY SUCH PAYMENT TO YOU, THE OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCTS WILL PASS BACK TO US AND WE MAY AT OUR DISCRETION ALLOW YOU TO KEEP THE PRODUCT/S
