The New York cheesecake is arguably the best kind of cheesecake in the world and so we have been busy at Proof working on our own version to bring to you.

This beauty has a thick layer of buttery biscuit base and is topped with a slowly baked vanilla cheesecake and berries. We take our time over this to ensure it has a creamy, velvet texture and tastes utterly delicious,

Serving suggestion - We serve ours with ice cream or fresh coulis for an added level of decadence but its just as good served without.

 

Please note - cheesecake may crack on top during baking.
