The Proofiterole Cake...3 layers of decadent chocolate cake filled with dark chocolate ganache, smothered in buttercream and topped with a tower of profiteroles filled with vanilla Chantilly cream and a delicious chocolate sauce. This is the piece de resistance in the Proof pudding menu.

 

SHELF LIFE: Best eaten on day of delivery but fine to eat for up to 3 days after provided refrigerated.

INGREDIENTS: Plain Flour (gluten/wheat), Free Range Egg (egg), Caster Sugar, Salt, Unsalted Butter (milk), Milk (milk), Double Cream (milk), Vanilla (Extract and paste), Cocoa Powder, Treacle, Dark Chocolate ((Min cocoa 70%) Sugar, Fat reduced cocoa powder, Cocoa mass, Emulsifier; Soya lecithin, Natural vanilla), Bicarbonate of soda, Yoghurt (milk),
