The Proofiterole Cake...3 layers of decadent chocolate cake filled with dark chocolate ganache, smothered in buttercream and topped with a tower of profiteroles filled with vanilla Chantilly cream and a delicious chocolate sauce. This is the piece de resistance in the Proof pudding menu.

 

SHELF LIFE: Best eaten on day of delivery but fine to eat for up to 3 days after provided refrigerated.
