the Proof’s Profiteroles, or as we like to call them Proofiteroles with a summer time twist. This retro classic modernised is a firm favourite in the Proof’s kitchen.

Crisp ball’s of choux pastry with a crhaquelin top, served with Hackney Gelato Ice Cream and topped with a silky smooth chocolate sauce.

This product is sold as separates for you to construct at your convenience at home, 10 crisp balls of Choux pastry, cut and ready to be loaded with the most delicious Hackney Gelato and topped with a warm chocolate sauce.

 

 

SHELF LIFE: Best eaten on day of delivery but fine to eat for up to 3 days after provided refrigerated.

INGREDIENTS: Flour, Egg, Sugar, Salt, Butter, Milk, Cream, Vanilla (Extract and paste), Dark Chocolate,

GELATO: Fresh milk, sugar, fresh double cream, dextrose, skim milk powder, glucose, coconut oil, stabilisers (locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), Fairtrade vanilla pods 0.25%, sea salt.
