the Proof’s Profiteroles, or as we like to call them Proofiteroles. This retro classic modernised is a firm favourite in the Proof’s kitchen.

Crisp ball’s of choux pastry, loaded with creme Chantilly and topped with a silky smooth chocolate sauce.

 

SHELF LIFE: Best eaten on day of delivery but fine to eat for up to 3 days after provided refrigerated.
