Lazaro and his son Gustavo strive to make a real difference in standards by meticulously overseeing every detail in the process. Gustavo grew up with coffee and inherited his father’s passion and perfectionism. Proudly, the farm now has certifications from Rainforest Alliance and Certifica Minas.

Congonhas is an archetypal Brazilian cup profile, with dark chocolate and walnuts notes, making a full body aeropress and well rounded espresso to perfectly complement milk.
