A twist on the traditional tiramisu by incorporating the classic flavours into a delicious sponge celebration cake.

3 layers of Rich Espresso Coffee and vanilla sponge drizzled with a coffee and Marsala syrup, then stacked and filled with a mascarpone and cream filling, dark chocolate shavings and finished with a semi-naked external skim.

We then finish the cake with mascarpone and dark chocolate coffee beans and flecks of gold leaf.

Its sophisticated, looks amazing and tastes out of this world.
