Strawberry and Vanilla Vegan Victoria Sponge - it's a classic combo isn't it.  This is our take on the Vicky sponge - Fluffy Vegan vanilla bean sponge filled with Vegan vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam.  This cake is decorated with Vegan vanilla buttercream in red and white, Fresh strawberries and sugar pearls.  

Simple, delicious, classic and elegant - what more could you want in a show stopping cake.

Ingredients - Wheat flour, Caster Sugar, Vegetable oil (mix of sunflower and rapeseed), Soya milk, Vanilla Bean Paste, Vanilla Extract, Icing Sugar, Strawberry Jam, Salt, Baking Soda Strawberries, Sugar pearls, White wine vinegar, Plant based Butter (Plant Oils (Coconut, Sunflower, Rapeseed, in varying proportions), Water, Faba Bean Preparation, Emulsifier (Lecithin), Natural Flavourings, Colour (Carotenes)
